Upload Files
Digital orders can be submitted onsite or using one of our upload services: Please note all machine print orders must be submitted as JPEG files.
Web Upload
Orders under 50MB total can be submitted using our web upload page. Each file must be under 8MB each. For larger files please make use of our FTP upload service. IMPORTANT: You will receive a confirmation email for your order. Regular turnaround for web orders is 2-3 weekdays for machine prints. If you are on a deadline please confirm turnaround with our imaging staff.
Email
If the TOTAL size of your order (all images combined) is under 5MB, you may submit your order by email. Please do not submit multiple emails, rather use our web upload page. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 weekday we may not have received your order. Regular turnaround for web orders is 2-3 weekdays for machine prints. If you are on a deadline please confirm turnaround with our imaging staff.
FTP Upload
Orders under 1GB can be submitted using our FTP site:
*** IMPORTANT *** you must email instructions to orders@prismimaging.ca for all FTP orders, otherwise we will be unable to process your upload. Regular turnaround for web orders is 2-3 weekdays for machine prints depending on volume. If you are on a deadline please confirm turnaround with our imaging staff. When uploading, please create a folder with your name or business name.
FTP Client - Windows & Apple
Using a dedicated FTP client is the best way to transfer files:
For Mac users, we recommend cyberduck http://cyberduck.ch/
For PC users we recommend SmartFTP www.smartftp.com

FTP using Internet Explorer 6 - Windows only
IE6 users may use this link: ftp://upload:digital@prism.tzo.com/
FTP using Internet Explorer 7 - Windows only
IE7 no longer supports FTP fully. FTP support is now offered through Windows Explorer and can be accessed one of two ways:
Method 1:
Go to: ftp://upload:digital@prism.tzo.com/ click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer. You may need to enter the username: upload and password: digital. Simply drag your image or folder of images into the FTP window & wait for the transfer to complete before closing the window. Email instructions to orders@prismimaging.ca
Method 2:
Paste this link ftp://upload:digital@prism.tzo.com/ into a windows explorer address bar (NOT an internet explorer address bar) To open windows explorer, double click "my computer". Simply drag your image or folder of images into the FTP window & wait for the transfer to complete before closing the window. Email instructions to orders@prismimaging.ca
